Fìkh Qæmlo Věkka was founded durring the early 12th century in winter of the year 1132, by Trg̈g̈gado Trgarthë. The establishment of Fìkh Qæmlo Věkka was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Trg̈g̈gado Trgarthë electing to pay people to resettle in Fìkh Qæmlo Věkka.
Fìkh Qæmlo Věkka was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fìkh Qæmlo Věkka is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Fìkh Qæmlo Věkka is buildings are arranged arround a network of crampt baked earthen streets which form a grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. The town's cost-cutting-focused defences have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.
A look around Fìkh Qæmlo Věkka makes it abundantly clear the town suffered something horrible some time ago. It’s a quiet town filled with closed scriptoriums, people quietly yet dejectedly reading in isolated places around town, and the occasional book laying in a heap of garbage.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Fìkh Qæmlo Věkka was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Fìkh Qæmlo Věkka lost 170 people, 325 livestock, and 20 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 116, when members of Fìkh Qæmlo Věkka's militia enacted an operation to escort a specific general to a safe location. The operation was complicated by a significant percentage of the militia choose to go abandon the operation and return home. The conflict ended with the defense of the vault against a siege, which ended in a stalemate for Fìkh Qæmlo Věkka's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Fìkh Qæmlo Věkka's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
